Primary Medicine to Concierge Medicine
- "On Time Medical Care" will become MDVIP by the end of 2027
- MDVIP is a Concierge Medicine / Membership-Only group
- Existing patients will be notified 6 motnhs before transition is complete
- Patients in good standing will have first right of refusal to join

How Soon Can I See Dr. Coker?
- Due to the high volume of patients in Brickell
- As well as our transition to Concierge Medicine
- It takes between 1 and 3 weeks to see Dr. Coker for a Physical
- One Physical per year under your insurance - Free of charge
- All results are discussed through a televisit - Copay applies
Primary Care New Patients
How Long Will Be My First Visit?
- Allocate 1 full hour for your first annual physical
- Be sure to come in fasting but do drink lots of water
- One physical per year under your insurance - Free of charge
- First physical results are discussed through a televisit - Copay applies
- Thereafter only abnormal labs need a televisit
- Normal lab results will be emailed and/or texted to you
Urgent Visits Wait Time
Can I Come Today If I am Sick?
This question has a 3 part answer:
- Always YES if you are an MDVIP member
- Usually YES if Dr. Coker is your PCP
- No for new patients
