1. Does Dr. Coker or  anyone in the office speak Spanish?


A. No.



2. Do you offer Telemedicine? 


A.  Yes, but it depends on the reason for the visit. Call 305-200-5851 for details.



3. Does my first visit have to be in person?


A. Yes. It has to be a fasting in-office morning appointment. We are a primary practice not an urgent care center.



4. Can you refill my current medications before my first visit?


A. No. You must be a stablished patient before we can refill any meds. No exceptions.



5. Do you prescribe ADD/ADHD meds?


A. Yes. We prescribe:

  • Adderall
  • Amphetamine salts 
  • Focalin
  • Dexmethylphenidate
  • Ritalin
  • Concerta
  • Metadate
  • Daytrana
  • Methylphenidate 
  • Strattera
  • Atomoxetine 
  • Vyvanse
  • Lisdexamfetamine 



6. Do you prescribe pain meds?


A. As per Florida law we can only prescribe:

  • Codeine
  • Demerol 
  • Dilaudid 
  • Hydrocodone 
  • Hydromorphone 
  • Meperidine 
  • Morphine 
  • Oxycodone 
  • Oxycontin 
  • Percocet 
  • Tramadol 
  • Ultracet 
  • Ultram 

Please note: We can only prescribe 3 days worth of these meds



7. Do you offer Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis also known as PrEp? 


A. Yes.



8. Do you do Well Woman's Exams


A. Yes



9. Why do patients have to call from the same phone number that is on their medical chart?


A. To make sure your information is not given to someone pretending to be you.



10. Can I give my husband/wife/significant other/parent and or secretary full authority over my medical records and be able to schedule appointments for me?


A. No.
