- Televisits whenever possible
- 24/7 emergency number to Dr. Coker
- Valet parking paid by us
- 30 minutes with Dr. Coker
- Two free physicals per year
- Free annual well woman exam for ladies
- Labs conveniently done in our office
- Home visits when incapacitated
- Room visits when hospitalized
- 1,400+ MDVIP physicians nationwide

- $2,250 per year or about $6.16 per day
- Same as a Caramel Macchiato
- Payment plans available
- All memberships are for one full year
