How Much Is Membership?
- $2,250 per year or about $6.16 per day
- Same as a Caramel Macchiato
- There are no hidden fees
- Payment plans are available
- The contract is for one full year
- FSA and HSA card balances can be applied
- Insurances do not cover membership cost

Do I Really Get 2 Physicals Per Year?
- If one physical per year is good
- Two is definitely better
- They both have zero co-payment
- And both are completely different

We recommend splitting these 2 visits 6 months apart to maintain your optimal health
Do I Need A Follow Up Visit For Results?
Yes - For both normal and abnormal findings
- F/U visits take about 20-30 minutes
- They are done through telehealth
