What Is The Cost?
- $2,250 per year or about $6.16 per day
- Same as a Caramel Macchiato
- And less than an Equinox Gym membership
- Payment plans available
- Semi-annual and quaterly
- All memberships are for one full year

- In office consultation - $80
- Well Woman Exam - $100
- Televisit - $50

How Do I Decide Whether I Should Keep My Health Insurance?
This is a personal decision but we can give you a few pointers.
It is highly advisable to have Health Insurance if:
- You often need referrals to specialits
- Need to be hospitlzed
- Need surgery of any kind
- Need expensive meds
- Require extensive blood work and labs
- In short if you are not currently healthy keep your insurance
