New Patients
- You must be over 18 years old
- Have a U.S. phone number with an active voicemail and text
- Be on time - After 10 minutes your visit will have to be rescheduled
Reasons that will preclude you from becoming a patient
- Cancelling one day before your first visit
- Being confrontational to our staff
- On the phone, through texts, or in person
- We do not tolerate rudeness or entitlement
accepting Patients
Our manager Marc Marchello has complete discretion and authority given to him by Dr. Coker regarding these matters. Individuals who have never been seen by Dr. Coker and who violate our office policies will not be accepted to our practice.
Furthermore:
- We are not an Urgent Care Center or an ER
- We are a private medical practice
- The EMTALA law does not apply to us
- We reserve the right to refuse care to anyone who violates our office policies
Calls are recorded
- All phone calls are recorded for training purposes
- By calling our office you give consent to be recorded as per Florida Statute Chapter 934

Staff
- For your protection we wear face masks
Healthy Patients
- Do not have to wear them
Elderly and Immunocompromised Patients
- If your immune system is not efficient
- We have disposable masks at our front desk
Patients With Cold-Like Symptoms
- We will provide you with one
- Please wear it for the duration of your visit
Only one patient per room
Physicals and consultations are private
- Only 2 people are allowed per room
- This means you and Dr. Coker
- No spouses, children, or friends
Cell phones
You can bring your phone to your visit
- However in order to get accurate vital signs
- You need to be relaxed and comfortable
- Please refrain from talking or texting
Allow 45 minutes For Physicals
You must be fasting
- No food or drinks the morning of
- However do drink lots of water
- If you have less than 45 minutes available
- Please re-schedule your physical
results
For both normal and abnormal findings
- Results are explained through a televisit
- Please allow 20 to 30 minutes
- However if additional labs are required
- You will need to schedule an office visit
