Our Medical Executive as per Florida Statute 400.9935 has complete discretion and authority given to him by Doctor Coker regarding accepting new patients.
Individuals who have never been seen in our office and who violate our office policies listed below will not be accepted to our practice.
office Policies
Reasons that will preclude you from becoming a new patient
- Being confrontational to our staff
- Either on the phone, through texts, or in person
- We do not tolerate rudeness or entitlement
Furthermore
- We are not an Urgent Care Center or an E.R.
- The EMTALA federal law does not apply to Primary Care
- We reserve the right to refuse anyone who violates our policies
New Patients
- You must be over 18 years old
- Have a U.S. phone number with an active voicemail and text
- Be on time - After 10 minutes all visit have to be rescheduled
Calls are recorded
- All phone calls are recorded for training purposes
- By calling our office you give consent to be recorded as per Florida Statute Chapter 934

- For your protection we wear face masks
Healthy Patients
- Do not have to wear them
Elderly and Immunocompromised Patients
- If your immune system is not efficient
- We have disposable masks at our front desk
Patients With Cold-Like Symptoms
- We will provide you with one
- Please wear it for the duration of your visit
Only one patient per room
Physicals and consultations are private
- Only 2 people are allowed per room
- This means you and Dr. Coker
- Please do not bring spouses, children, or friends to your visit
