- Cancelling 1 day before your visit will preclude you from becoming a patient

- "On Time Medical Care" will become MDVIP in 2027
- MDVIP is a Concierge Medicine / Membership-Only group
- Existing patients will be notified 3 motnhs before transition is complete
- Patients in good standing will have first right of refusal to join

- Consultations $180
- Yearly Physicals $250
- Labs - Included with your physical
- Lab Results - Included with your physical
- Well woman exam $200
- Referrals $180
Primary Care Wait Time
How Soon Can I See Dr. Coker?
- Due to the high volume of patients in Brickell
- As well as our transition to Concierge Medicine
- It takes between 1 and 3 weeks to see Dr. Coker for a Physical
- Not completing your paperwork on-line before your visit
- Will add 30 minutes of wait time on the day of your appointment
